Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for express or special delivery options).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery
